Very friendly people, the cod, the famous pica no chão, the starter with the bones is wonderful.And of course nothing to complain about, just don't miss the opportunity to try the very well prepared dishes.

We recommend the Taverne because of the very friendly Rita who translated everything for us in English. Very good hospitality! Food was good. The atmosphere inside could be a bit more “welcome” as the tables are not prepared and the line-up of the tables are like in a classroom. Mix it and dimm the lights a little.

A place with a lot of charm, we were able to discover the local cuisine, the homemade dishes of yesteryear. Concept of unique dish typical of the country. A very different way of having lunch from the usual restaurant. We really liked the concept and the quality of the food offered.
